INTERMEDIATE BODY MECHANICS
Advanced body animation is designed for students who have a solid understanding of the 12 principles of Animation and seek to further develop their skills. Building upon the foundational body animation covered in the Basic Body Course, this advanced course will guide students in applying fundamental principles along with new concepts and techniques to enhance their understanding of weight, mass, and object behavior in motion. Mastering these skills is crucial before advancing to more complex exercises and further acting courses, such as Advanced Body Mechanics.

Forces in motion: Understanding the various forces involved in movement.
Rhythm in motion: Recognizing the tempo or rhythm present in movement.
